and was authorized by Tayoyuan Unilever as the major distributor in Taipei County and Taipei city for its daily supplies products.

- In March 2003. Kuo Yan Co., Ltd acquired the dealership from related products of American Mars.
- In Jyly 2003. Kuo Yan Co., Ltd acquired the dealership from Heineken Beer.
- In September 2003, Kuo Her, Kuo Gee, and Kuo Sheng were incorporated into Kuo Yan Co., Ltd with the CIS of "3KUO". Also in 2003, Inergy Marketing was founded to operate the import/export business.
- In 2005, Kuo Yan Co., Ltd acquired the dealership from Nestle, Klin and Mars Pet Food.
- In 2008, Kuo Yan Co., Ltd was authorized by BRAND'S as the major distributor in PX-MART and Civil Service Community Distribution Channel.
- In Nov. 2009. Unilever readjusted the dealership in the north of Taiwan for Kuo Yan Co., Ltd as well as Kuo Yan Ltd. launched on line system of PDA to replenish products for service our customers.
- In July 2010 Kuo Yan Co., Ltd acquired the dealership from KIM-LAM, WAM-JA-SHAN and FARCENT, and expanded business of Hsinchu & Miaoli with Mars's GT & ST.

- In July 2013, Kuo Yan Co., Ltd acquired the dealership from related products of Panion & BF Biotech.
- In Sep. 2013, Kuo Yan Co., Ltd acquired the dealership from related products of DELICIOUS MASTER.
- In Oct. 2013, Kuo Yan Co., Ltd acquired the dealership from related products of DKSH.
- In june 2014, Kuo Yan Co.,Ltd acquired the dealership from related products of 3M.
